Best Sunglasses Ever  

Best sunglasses ever! It’s so hard to find non-polarized sunglasses. Being non-polarized the instrument panel, PFD, ND and EICAS are all sharp and bright and easy to see. The lenses dissipate all glare and make distance vision crisp to locate traffic. They are super lightweight and fit comfortably beneath my Bose headset. It’s helpful to have the lower half of the lenses at a 1.5 for readers to see the charts on the iPad. You will not find better sunglasses!! These are amazing and look fabulous!!!

I have had my Scheyden ?Albatross? sunglasses for about 6 years. I dropped them once and sent them back to company to replace the broken len. Fixed, cleaned and returned promptly. Never wear anything else when flying LOVE THE GLASSES

These glasses are comfortable in every way -- for hours and hours -- WITH a headset! No headache, no shoving the sides up over the headset earpads, no nose pinch. And the visibility is just as good as they promise! I vote for these every time!

I have the Albatross in a bronze polarized lens. They are making me extremely satisfied in every way! They are substantial in quality and weight. They feel balanced and engineered to fit into the face while laying firmly on your ears. I have yet to see a scratch on the lens and have accidentally dropped them several times. I have had many compliments from my friends and they want to know how to get them. I tell them- Scheyden eyewear

The quality is hands down the best of any pair of sunglasses I've worn.. the optics are impeccably clear and the frames are incredibly strong. Best of all is a the customer support... I called once about getting another microfiber cloth and received super fast, courteous help. What more can you ask for?

My husband and I purchased eyewear at the Aviation Expo last year and the Albatross have become my new every day glasses. I wear them driving, while at the beach, and gardening. I loved them so much that when I saw they make them in gold I got a pair in gold too! I highly recommend them

I own a pair of the Albatross frames and I've got to say, these glasses are better than advertised! Love that they come with glass lenses, it doesn't get any clearer than this. The frames themselves are sturdy and comfortable and you can tell much attention was paid to the details. Have been using them mostly for driving and leisure, but when on they don't strain my eyes and they stay put- added bonus that they say the lenses are water and oil resistant! They look and feel great. Quite satisfied with my purchase!

I?ve put these glasses through the ultimate stress test. From the bright and snowy winter roads of Pennsylvania to glaring sunlight during daylong drives, these glasses provide me with the ultimate glare-free protection and make driving a much safer and enjoyable task. The UV and glare-free protection in these glasses is simply mind blowing. They perfectly block out every speck of light evenly and comfortably, especially if you have sensitive vision. Speaking of fashion, these are a really sleek pair of aviators that look like they would fit any face perfect. Last but not least, these glasses are extremely durable. They are better than any pair of glasses I have owned in the past, as they seem to be extremely resistant to scratching, bending, dirt, dust, and fingerprints. In over a year I don?t think I?ve had to clean them or wipe them down even once. They are also very lightweight for maximum comfort, so much that a few times I forgot I was wearing them. The Albatross glasses are not the cheap aviators you see in the gas station. These are a serious pair of aviators that you will enjoy wearing and cherish forever.

One suggestion for improvement, either make the earpieces adjustable (in length) or have multiple sizes. Mine are just a smidgen too long, but the frame feels like it would break if I tried to bend them. Nice product! Oh yeah, I had a problem with the cases that I received with my two pairs of glass. Scheyden customer support sent me replacements with no questions asked, so Kudos!

I was true to Ray Ban but I needed something that fit comfortably under my headset while looking great at the same time. I received the Liberators and I am HOOKED. Unbreakable titanium frames! SOLD! I bent and twisted these frames and they did not budge. With the glass lenses these are still light. I have had both the bronze and grey colored lenses and they both are perfect for the cockpit especially for sunny or bright and cloudy days. I can not express how kid proof these are! They can not bend but they can not scratch either. That makes this mom of two toddlers VERY happy! The Liberators are my favorite by far and I would recommend them to anyone for every day or for flying for sure.
